EPOCH Growth Strategies was born out of a shared vision after spending time searching for a business to acquire and dealing with unnecessary headaches and avoidable frustration in the industry due to lack of expectations and business sale readiness. We saw a desperate need for change, so instead of buying a business, we were called to become the change.

With Nick’s military expertise in operational efficiency and Shauna’s deep financial knowledge as a CPA, they saw too many businesses sitting on Biz Buy Sell, never attracting a buyer because of unrealistic expectations and businesses that were nowhere near exit ready.

All solvable and avoidable problems with the right solutions.
